Marina’s training is the reason I was able to get the mental and physical strength necessary to progress my snowboarding. The mobility in my knees increased drastically and I felt strong.
Marina also got me about what was going on in my life and shared effective techniques which I could apply to reduce my anxiety. During our time together I noticed my confidence grow and anxiety reduce drastically.
I am able to manage my anxiety and progress in the gym thanks to the solid foundation she provided me with. I’ve been lifting heavier weights each week and trained me with awareness and consciousness. I am so grateful to have crossed paths with her. It has changed my life for the positive!!

After approaching Marina to help me rehabilitate a sports injury, she worked with me to create a unique, dynamic strength and fitness program. Her expertise helped me recover sooner and better than expected, while at the same time helping with old injuries and improving my overall fitness. I can’t say I’m looking forward to injuring myself in the future, but if I do I look forward to working with her again.

I'd always considered myself a healthy person. I ate well, avoided fast food and hit the gym 3 times a week. But as the years passed my weight kept going up and my clothes kept getting tighter. I figured this was just part of getting older and had got to the point where I'd accepted that this was my life now.
